Are you not satisfied with your order? Is something damaged or broken? We are very sorry to hear that, and we would like to know what we can do to make you happy again. Send us an email, preferably with a photo, so we can take a look. Together, we will always find a suitable solution. Email us at: klantenservice@byceecee.nl.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the purchase price of the item(s) back. Please note that the costs for returning the product are at your own expense. This is the only way we can continue to offer the best prices to every customer.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. If the product has a strong odor, is damaged, or the packaging is more damaged than necessary for sale, we may charge a depreciation fee. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packed when returned.

We will process your return within 10 business days of receipt.
