If you order on weekdays before 8:00 PM, your order will be delivered the next working day.
During busy periods, delivery may take a little longer. This includes official holidays, Black Friday, Ascension Day, and other peak times for carriers. In these cases, we are dependent on the processing times of the delivery service.
We work with reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL, FedEx, DPD, GLS, and Bpost to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Within the Netherlands and Belgium, we do not charge shipping costs for orders of € 50 or more.
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days, provided the product is unused and in good condition.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the purchase amount of the item(s) back. Please note that the costs for returning the product are at your own expense. This is the only way we can continue to offer the sharpest prices to every customer.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. If the product has a strong odor, is damaged, or the packaging is more damaged than necessary for resale, we may charge a depreciation fee for this. So, treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returned.

This depends on the preference you have set with your delivery service. If you have not specified a preference, your parcel will automatically be taken to a pickup point nearby. If you have indicated that there is a safe place to leave the parcel, the delivery person will leave it there.
